SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Some products, including made-to-order apparel, may require additional production time before shipment.

Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Customers will receive tracking information once orders have shipped.

Oversized products such as the SSCo. Bunk Box™ may ship separately and require additional handling time.

Station Survival Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping provider.
