RETURN POLICY

At Station Survival Co., we stand behind the products we carry and want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must include original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase/order number is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and operational reasons unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
• Bedding that has been washed or used
• Opened personal care or supplement products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or branded special-order products

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Email photos of the damage along with your order number to info@stationsurvivalco.com

We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

BUNK BOX™ / OVERSIZED ITEM RETURNS

Due to the size and shipping costs associated with oversized products such as the SSCo. Bunk Box™, the following conditions apply:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Returned oversized items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if returned in used or non-original condition

EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong item or need an exchange for an unused product, contact us and we’ll help get it handled.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or card provider

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) PRODUCTS

Certain SSCo. apparel and merchandise items are produced through third-party print-on-demand partners such as Printful.

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes after ordering

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If a POD item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@stationsurvivalco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
